SUN REAL is fully accredited by the Business Council of Sustainable Energy (formerly SEIA) to design and install Stand Alone Power Systems and we are approved to supply systems under the Photovoltaic Rebate Program. We are also accredited to supply Grid-Interactive Solar systems and have installed a number of these in the region.

Our systems work

This may sound obvious but there are still many systems out there that are more like hobbies than power supplies. That's fine if that's what you want - we are enthusiasts, we do understand - but it's generally not what we provide because our clients usually have other things they'd rather be doing than tinkering with their batteries. A lot of effort goes into making our systems reliable and as simple as possible to use, so that you can get on with enjoying your life.

Whilst we really enjoy operating in an industry that is seen to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem, our systems probably have more in common with NASA than they do with Nimbin. We apply the same standards, and often use the same equipment, as that found in backup power supplies for hospitals and other essential services and we do it for the same reasons - because it has to work.

It would be very easy for us to provide off the shelf systems but these rarely suit individual requirements so we take the time to design each system specifically for the requirements of the people who will be using it. This ensures that your system will neither be too small and therefore unreliable, nor too large and costing you more than necessary.

All SUN REAL power systems come with an easy to understand Owner's Manual that includes comprehensive troubleshooting information. The client support section of this web site contains up to date information and technical bulletins on all aspects of our power systems. We take time to run through the operation of your system thoroughly and are always available, by telephone, email or fax, to answer any queries you may have.

Given that most of our clients are building new homes, we can help to simplify the process in a number of ways, not the least of which is by saving you money on purchases of our other products, including solar hot water. Please give us a call for details.

In the event of equipment breakdown - rare, but it does happen - we always have loan equipment on hand to get you up and running again in the shortest possible time.
